What is your refund or return policy?

Our return and exchange policy allow you easy 30 days return or exchange. Products not received by the customer (IN TRANSIT) does not qualify. Customer must receive the product/products and return to us within 30 days to press refund or exchange. If you have more to know about the return, please email us at sales@clixxe.com. We have US Local address to receive the return products, do not send the product to “sender address”.   We do not provide paid postage, and customer will give the return shipping cost. When will you ship my product?
  • Discount items may take 2/4 weeks due to extremely high demand and direct from the manufacturer.
  • Every item subjected to a handling period before dispatched.
  • Most of the order released from the warehouse within 3/5 business days after receiving the payment. Customer will receive an order confirmation notification after place the order.
  • Customer will receive another notification with shipment tracking number after the product shipped. And can track the shipment status through our Track Order page.

Note: Some products may take longer to process due to high demand and holiday season.

When will I receive my product?

Most of the product should receive within 12-20 business days after shipment, and it may take a little longer (3/5 days plus) for international delivery or holiday. We always try our best to deliver the product to our customer as fast as possible.

Will all my ordered product sent one package?

For the logistical reason, products purchased in same order be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping. Please keep that in mind when receiving delivery. Also, you may receive the product in general packaging (excluding boxes) to reduce the shipping cost.

Can I cancel my order? How to do that?

Yes, you can cancel your order by emailing us within 24 hours after place the order. Once we ship your order can’t be canceled. For cancel order, email here sales@clixxe.com.

How can I track my Order?

We usually process orders within 48 hours, but it may take up to 7 days as we do not process on weekend or holidays. Once the product shipped, the tracking code will be generated and email to you. So, you can easily track your order status on our website Track Order Page.

USPS informed us, delivery normally takes 12-20 business days, but due to the high volume of order placement, it may take upto 30 days. Don’t worry, the product will safely reach your doorstep, and if any reason you don’t receive within that time, please contact us.

Is my data protected?

Of course, our website has SSL certificate, and all of your transactions are encrypted and secure. All payment process through the well-known and trusted gateway.
